IronDP

About IronDP

We believe governance should accelerate trust—not slow teams down.

IronDP exists to help organizations manage sensitive data with discipline, clarity, and operational follow-through—especially as AI expands the surface area of risk.

Mission

Empower enterprises to protect sensitive data and enforce governance with a platform that connects visibility, accountability, and controls across modern systems and AI workflows.

Point of view

Governance works when it is explicit, measurable, and embedded in how teams ship.

Too often, governance becomes a parallel universe: policies live in documents, exceptions live in email, and enforcement lives in heroic manual effort. That model breaks under continuous delivery and AI adoption.

IronDP treats governance as an engineering problem with human judgment at the center: clear ownership, durable workflows, and controls that reflect the reality of production systems.

Our bias is toward clarity over checkbox theater—evidence that can be inspected, metrics that can be improved, and decisions that can be explained months later.

Why we started IronDP

Sensitive data fragmentation was already hard. AI made it urgent.

IronDP began with a simple observation from practitioners across security, data, and platform teams: inventories go stale, approvals become informal, and the gap between “policy” and “what the systems actually do” widens over time.

As organizations adopted more SaaS tools, more data platforms, and more AI-assisted workflows, the problem compounded. Sensitive context was no longer confined to a database—it moved through pipelines, embeddings, prompts, and operational tooling.

We built IronDP to give teams a credible way to govern that reality: a unified layer for visibility and enforcement that respects enterprise complexity without pretending it can be solved with a single checkbox.

Principles

How we build—and how we partner with customers.

Customer reality first

We optimize for deployable outcomes in real environments, not slide-deck abstractions.

Security and reliability as table stakes

Trust is earned through disciplined engineering, transparent architecture, and predictable operations.

Respect for operators

Interfaces and workflows should reduce toil for the people who carry governance day to day.

Honest scope

We are clear about what the platform does, what integrations require, and where human judgment remains essential.

Long-term partnership

Governance programs evolve; IronDP is designed to grow with your maturity and your stack.
